SexAphid

Changing of reproductive mode, a balanced affair between genetics and environment

AAP Générique 2017 / 2017 - 2020

Coordinated by Denis Tagu (INRA IGEPP), SexAphid proposes to characterise and identify the loci and genes responsible for the differentiation of two aphid populations, cyclical parthenogenetic (CP) and obligate parthenogenetic (OP), whose reproductive capacity has been lost, and to correlate this difference to climate variations.
