Tailoring potato starch in vivo to support emerging bio-based sectors

Coordinated by Nicolas Szydlowski (UGSF Lille 1 University), TaPstar aims to improve knowledge of starch properties in vivo in order to make it available to emerging industrial sectors. The project also aims to provide a phenotyping system for selection programmes targeting new potato flour markets.
